Return Policy

Eligibility

Returns are accepted only where:

  • The product is defective upon delivery, or
  • The wrong item was delivered

Conditions

  • Report must be made within 24 hours of delivery
  • Item must remain unused and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Used or altered items
  • Change-of-mind purchases

Return Responsibilities

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Customer bears return shipping risk and cost unless otherwise agreed

Resolution

Approved cases are eligible for replacement only, where applicable.
