- Confirmed orders are not affected by subsequent price changes

- Dispatch may occur on weekends and public holidays where possible
- Delivery is made to specific, accessible physical locations only (no P.O. Box addresses)
- Customers must provide accurate delivery details
- Delays may occur due to high demand, courier limitations, weather, traffic, or logistics factors
7. Payment & Delivery Terms
Within Nairobi
- Delivery within approximately 2 hours under normal conditions
- Pay on Delivery may be available for eligible orders
Outside Nairobi
- Delivery is typically next day
- Orders are shipped after confirmation and full payment
8. Delivery Charges
Delivery fees are based on:
- Location
- Order size
- Courier/logistics requirements
Applicable charges are communicated during checkout or order confirmation.
9. Shipping, Risk & Transit
- Delivery timelines are estimates only
- Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, courier disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control
- Risk transfers upon successful delivery to the customer or designated recipient
- We ensure proper packaging and assist in resolving transit-related issues where reasonably possible
10. Import Duties & Taxes
Customers are responsible for any applicable:

11. Delivery Issues & Claims
Any delivery issue must be reported immediately upon receipt.

- Retain original packaging

12. Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility
- Returns are accepted only where:
- The product is defective upon delivery, or
- The wrong item was delivered
Conditions
- Report must be made within 24 hours of delivery
- Item must remain unused and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items

13. Trade-In Program
We may accept devices under a trade-in arrangement, subject to evaluation.
Requirements
- Valid ID copy
- Proof of ownership, including:

- Original packaging box
Assessment
Devices are inspected and tested. Value is determined based on:
- Condition
- Functionality
- Market factors
Final trade-in value may differ after physical inspection.
We reserve the right to accept or decline any trade-in
Data Responsibility
Customers must:

- Remove accounts, passwords, and device locks prior to submission
We are not responsible for data remaining on submitted devices.
13A. Pre-Owned Devices
Selected pre-owned devices may be available through our Trade-In Program. The Sleek Gadgets does not sell refurbished devices unless explicitly stated.
Pre-owned devices offered for resale are sourced from customer trade-ins and undergo professional assessment, testing, and functionality verification prior to resale.
Unlike refurbished devices, pre-owned devices have not undergone component rebuilding, remanufacturing, or internal reconstruction processes.
Where applicable:
- Eligible pre-owned devices are clearly identified at the point of purchase
- Limited dealer warranty may apply to selected devices
Pre-owned devices sold by The Sleek Gadgets are professionally sourced trade-in devices and are not refurbished unless explicitly stated.
14. Repairs & Service
We may offer device repair and technical services directly or through authorized partners.
Service Terms
- Devices undergo diagnosis prior to repair
- A quotation is provided before work begins
- Repairs proceed only after customer approval
Turnaround Time
Repair timelines depend on:
