Pay on Delivery (POD)
Available only for eligible orders within Nairobi and subject to approval
- We reserve the right to accept or decline any Pay on Delivery request
- Full payment must be completed before unsealing the product
- Once unsealed, the sale is considered final
- Customers are required to inspect the product upon delivery in the presence of the delivery agent
- Any issues must be raised immediately at the point of delivery
- No claims will be accepted after acceptance and confirmation
